All American Games announces dates and teams for the 2018 Football University National Championship Tournament

The standard in youth football tournaments, The Path To Naples, Florida starts Thanksgiving Weekend

All American Games announced today its schedule and participating teams for the 2018 Football University National Championship tournament. With brackets at 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade levels featuring the best collection of talent representing 50 regions across the country, the National Championship tournament has quickly become youth football’s biggest event.

The 2018 tournament will kick off Thanksgiving Weekend, November 24-25, 2018, with play-in rounds at six sites across the country.

First and second round games follow the play-in rounds with full 32 team brackets at each level – a total of 96 teams across three grade levels.

Two wins will punch a ticket to Naples, Florida’s Paradise Coast, once again the home of Championship Week with national quarterfinals, semifinals and finals games to be played December 16-20, 2018.

The Naples, Marco Island, Everglades Convention and Visitors Bureau stated the 2017 edition of the tournament brought 4,500 visitors to Naples, amounting to more than $3 million in direct spending and an overall economic impact of $4.5 million to Collier County.

Bringing the final rounds of the national tournament to Naples has made the area more synonymous with youth football and championships with each passing year. To kick off the 2017 tournament representatives from All American Games, City Gate, and Collier County broke ground on the future site of the FBU National Championship tournament – a multi-sport complex in Collier County complete with a football stadium. Starting in December of 2019, every single game in the FBU National Championship will be played in beautiful Naples, Florida.

With teams from Seattle to South Florida, Boston to Los Angeles, Minnesota to Dallas and everywhere in between, 150 teams across three grade levels will represent 50 areas of the country on The Path To Naples.
